Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Hone mobile application (the "Service") operated by Vetrax LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Vetrax LLC.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Hone is offered on a subscription basis via the Apple App Store.

• Subscription Plan: "Hone Pro" is available for $10.00 USD per month.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package ($10.00).
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

3. License to Use

Vetrax LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person via the usage of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vetrax LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your information and audio data as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vetrax LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

We do not guarantee that the analysis provided by the AI (Deepgram) will be 100% accurate or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vetrax LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
